'Our faves at last' and oh for happy tails!

So, it seems that the furry babes approve my making a special trip to 'Pets At Home' for one of their faves.... James Well Beloved! Either flavour is fine, but these seem to have 4-5 star rating!

Been busy here over last few days ... work, family, cats and cupcake trials....yes cupcake trials! I've been testing alternative recipes on the family. They will be 'caked out' with my intensive tester/taster sessions!
Pity that cats are not cake fans!

Cat antics have been much the same (squirty marker once this morning)....... all well for a few hours, then a sudden drama. Take yesterday...as it was quite spring-like, the cats were keen to be in the garden. I fully expected an altercation, but no... they sat quite contentedly. Then later, Como clocked Sampson (remember Sam our hero has three legs) outside the kitchen door and chased him through the house necessitating a rescue.

How could he? That cat has absolutely no compassion....and after all I've done... well I did get his 'bits' done whilst the vet sorted the giant abscess on his head!

More complaints from hubby this morning about the disruption caused by 'bully boy'. How was I to know that this latest addition to the cat family would cause such unrest! Anyway, his main objection is that he wasn't consulted...and of course he would have objected !!

Dyson and Lou Lou seem to be pretty much unaffected, but Sam, Soxy and Baghera seem to get the hassle. 'Bags' has got wise to a few things...very bright cats Bengals! Sweet boy he's had enough trauma in his young life (left in a box with serious injuries, outside the rescue centre). Fully recovered, he's become a happy, confident and stunning little cat.

I'm sooo hoping that Como will make strides in his social behaviour with the others very soon... he's come a long way, but he's not there yet!!

Oh for happy tails!

Miaow for now

Gabriella
